... with HR, they only takes side of their Manager as they are handling the client. Salary growth is also very limited.

NO Job Security Poor coordination from top to Bootm. Just attach the Resorces to claint , no cross checks No systems (Quality , safety, Energy ,Environment & Engineering)

Work cultue good Provide in hand equipment training for employees On time salary Appreciate employees with award and all Employe safety measure is very good

All of celebrations only for office desk employees not for field employees Bonus system should be modified No gifts or any on any festive occasion..need to change

Salary and promotion appraisal was slow. Even tough I only worked for One year still I was expecting to get my salary increased by more but it was not to the satisfactory point.

...e employees ko apni family ki tarah manti. quarterly birthday celebration karna. Timely salary payment karna . Monthly bonus dena.

Salary me pf ke liye basic kam lagana, kaam se jyada employees ki politics karna, Local senior ko apne employees ko pareshan karna, bina proper training diye note pr sign kra lena, knowledgeable engineer na hona, Local employees attitude, Daily basis tecnical training provide na karna, employee ka shift handover proper na dena, seniors ka honestly work na karna etc.
