As i was working at jogeshwari they don't care about empoyee.and they don't look about promotion .they do promotion of unwducated people and Some client complain about us they Frustate us for 2 to 3 week .they don't Fight for employee

If you do not make any mistakes, no one can remove you from the job you are doing. You can only leave the job permanently if you think ..Everyone will behave like friends.Security is high in the work you do

...re than any other company..the other company will pay you more for the same job. There is a little politics for get decent salary so you can't get it.

no job security, work cultural is in third party payroll, just Sodexo is give you the salary and rest other are in the hand of main party (client) , if you need to live a like lelaxable work life then it's good, and if you want to learn and grow and grow and explore promote your self then batter is change. ... platform for fresher candidates. Seniors are very supportive to new joiners.. Salary is little average when compared to other organisations..... Is not enough to living in metropolitan cities... Administration always encourage to doing innovative projects..... Safety procedures always good in Sodexo.. Sodexo literally did good job to handling the current situation(COVID19) ,they are always supportive to employees
