Please my friends save yourself from getting trapped with a decent package as there are no benefits and no job security at all. The CEO has no ethics and he just is pedantic as he is from an IIT. For them every employee is nugatory. Even if you are given a 100% hike do not join. Better join a promising MNC with less hike.

micro management and unreliable for fresher. not at helpful for skills growth and pay gap for people on same level based on gender, work from home opportunity also given to favorited person only. Asked for submitting certificates and paid cost for training

The work culture is commendable, salaries are always credited on time, and job security is never a concern. Even if the company concludes a project related to the technology you were initially hired for, they provide you with opportunities to learn and work on other technologies. This not only helps you expand your skill set but also boosts your knowledge and career growth.

I would rate the company's promotion process and work-life balance as average. During periods of heavy workload, overtime is often expected, which I find to be unfair at times. This has occasionally left me feeling a bit neutral when it comes to overall job satisfaction.

Being a fresher, I was allowed to join here and show my talent. The Management and HR team is very helpful. I always got constructive feedback from my managers. the CEO is the most humble and kind-hearted person I have ever seen I am happy with my environment and work here
