One of the few companies brave enough to roll out a good salary hike for all employees during the COVID time. 90% of the employees are working from home till December. Company is taking all possible measures to take care of the employees during these days. Very high Job Security and company is still recruiting and looking for new team members. Friendly work culture and supporting management team.

Dislikes

Company should recruit more talents. I believe this is because of the current market situations.

Company basically provides a startup culture with lots of work less payment. We can get to know new technologies, there is a good bunch of colleagues which provides a friendly atmosphere, even the CEO is friendly and will regularly interact with us. But the basic pay is too low and appraisals favor only certain technologies.

Salary Is low, Some employees are treated better to others.

...d opportunities even in Covid days. Very strong customer base in USA and Europe. Not affected by Covid, got Salary hike last month :)
