...ter ethically i should have given proper 2 month notice, but same was not given. When highlighted HR denied having such clause also stated that there was less work for the last 2 months and the salary was not affordable to them. I will suggest one thing before hiring any employee please make sure their salary is affordable to your agency or not,after that hire the employees in your agency. After all this also left the firm after serving the 3 days notice with proper hand over document, with commitment of firm HR that my last month salary and FNF will be settled in one go but I had bad experience there also only my last salary where process. And FNF where kept pending with reason that HR missed to take signature on cheque.... After going through all these I fell like I have given my one year at wrong place.....

People who have given negative reviews really haven't shown any professionalism in their tenure, If you're really going to judge a company with your 20-25 days period, then it really shows how committed you are to your career.

1. The company has its preferred employees write fake reviews. 2. The office atmosphere and work quality is bad. 3. They expect you to work all the time, no flexible timings. 4. NO professionalism. 5. The owners engage in unprofessional behaviour and gossips.
