No learning, even manager will know nothing, everything is as per sop and many work process don't even have proper sop, best suggestion is if you have good knowledge and experience u can join here, if you are fresher to 3years experienced don't ever think about joining here as no learning or growth including promotions

Work life balance. Skill development. Hybrid policy.

Dislikes

Scamming while releasing offer Lett with Variable pay. Low chances for getting promotion. Not much benefits while comparing other companies. Poor transport facility.

U can have or gain very deep knowledge while working in the organisation and your works are very transparent

Dislikes

Selfish policy they are making from past few years that is very bad There are many ways to do cost cutting, by sucking bloods of employees u can’t be profitable

No Layoffs, Company wise very good company, From package and benefits wise they can still work on, compared to other banks in the market Soc Gen package for experience professional is not that much great, I wont say its poor but not great. Freshers are getting good Salary.

Package and Promotion is bit slow, other than that everything is good in the company. Work is always there no pressure from Manager. Its more of taking individual responsibility
