... quality projects. Huge dependency on french team which leads to delay in work. While joining the offer was released with 3 months salary as variable pay, they scrape it off after sometime. It was a scam to hire people. Poor management skills and less technical management. Here you'll get all work place perks except work.

Scamming while releasing offer Lett with Variable pay. Low chances for getting promotion. Not much benefits while comparing other companies. Poor transport facility.

No Layoffs, Company wise very good company, From package and benefits wise they can still work on, compared to other banks in the market Soc Gen package for experience professional is not that much great, I wont say its poor but not great. Freshers are getting good Salary.

Package and Promotion is bit slow, other than that everything is good in the company. Work is always there no pressure from Manager. Its more of taking individual responsibility

Societe Generale provides vast learning opportunities and creates good work culture. The Organization provides a healthy working environment, with flexible hybrid model Very Professional and competitive work culture.

...with minimal growth opportunity. Promotion process is quite bad with no clarity. Compensation does not match at industry levels.

I like the hybrid system but I think they should provide WFH for people who are coming from very far.

I don't like the salary they offered me at the beginning. It was extremely less as compared to the other companies who provide triple of the salary for any language experts. I am surviving here in Chennai with only 4lpa.
