Policy on work from home and working hour flexibility through not applicable to my department

... cab provided though there is women policy to provide company cab after 8:00 pm. Compensation hike is not good. Also, during pandemic we are asked to come office at a risk of mine and family life.Should have provided work from home until vaccine was given.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and encourage the employees to contribute their input. Career wise I got to learn a lot after Joining SG. Work life balance is good in SG people tend to stick with the company for long term. Slary and appraisal depends upon the team which you are working.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent not bad i would day, depends on the team which you are into. There are team where you get a good appraisal and bonus. Wok life is overall Good in SG. Give the option to you i would say prefer Bangalore over Chennai. Chennai location is sad compare to the Bangalore especially if you are from North.

Likes

You get good exposure. Entire socgen is very supportive including top management and very approachable. If you want to learn, theres immense possibilities here. Good start for career with a good brand.

Salary quite low for trainees. Job security is an issue.

Very chill environment but depends on the team Pay is decent Excellent work-life balance

Dislikes

Too much politics in some teams Slow growth(All tools are internal, so growth in technical terms is good only till you are in Soc Gen, otherwise it's average growth overall

Great company with Flexible work culture, Great benefits in terms of leaves and medical policies, Great team to work with again depends from team to team.

Dislikes

Technology wise learning is low. Compensation is low compared to market standards.
