...prefer anyone to join DXC at this point of time. I am working in BPS for client. Leaders are not at all focused on increasing revenue, rather focus on cost cutting. No employee engagament, recognition, hike and promotion. No overtime payment for which commitment is made from company. Not sure when client will take back the activities.

I love working in DXC and the reason is I feel really happy when I go to office As the environment is really healthy what I have felt. In terms of hike and appraisal I felt it is very slow which is the demerit here otherwise work life balance is perfect .

Dislikes

The only drawback I would point out is that in terms of salary hike , getting recognized and appraisals which we are working for and looking for more and more to improve our knowledge and growth in the company. There is no budget for team party or team outing . There is no transition happening due to which international travels are not there.

The policies are never favorable for employees. Cost cutting is the major objective of the company, as a result of which they put the employees under pressure and do not give them a peaceful environment to work with.

...ment is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is no growth in Finance at DXC in terms of pay as well as position. People at the highest levels work on similar things in FP&A as their juniors. Increments and promotions are not standard and may take 3-4 years as well even if you are best rated. Attrition in top management is high due to which you have to constantly prove yourself to your managers. Please consider other places for FPA if you are ambitious.
