As a Software Developer, Video Editor and Anchor of SWN, I absolutely adore the collaborative atmosphere. It's Amazing to be part of a team where everyone is supportive and passionate about what they do. The Opportunity to work on new technologies is thrilling and the constant learning keeps me motivated. Plus, the company culture is fantastic, it fosters innovation and encourages creativity, allowing me to explore new ideas freely.

Dislikes

While I thoroughly enjoy my role in the company, there are a few areas I believe we could improve upon. One aspect is the communication flow within teams. Occasionally, there can be a breakdown in communications that lead to misunderstandings or delays in projects progress. Implementing more structured communication channels or regular check-ins could help alleviate this issue and ensure everyone is on the same page. Similarly, in my role as a Video editor and News anchor, there are times when some deadlines can feel a bit tight, causing undue stress. Need more flawless Streamline of our workflow that could help mitigate this issue and ensure we have ample time to produce high-quality content without feeling rushed.

The work pressure is a lot, but hey we are all smart workers here. Not to mention we do hard work when needed.
