TOXIC CULTURE : work environment is very toxic. There is constant gossip going on. u will find CEO shouting on employees every now & then. CEO always keeps on watching every employee when passing through work area to check what everyone is doing. Good employees from engineering/marketing/product are leaving very often. Only people who have joined during inception are still there. 90-95% of employees are working under pressure or bcoz of not having any other immediate options. ZERO FLEXIBILITY/LACK OF WORK LIFE BALANCE: There is zero flexibility even though they claim they are very flexible. There is big headache when you want to apply for leave as u will have to provide valid reasons for hard earned leaves as you are in school. Asking for WFH(ONCE IN A MONTH) is a big crime. If you take sick leave, manager will ask your co-employees whether u're really sick or holidaying. No trust on employees. Sick leaves are credited 0.5 per month. U can't apply for partial days for doctor's appointment, HR will ask u to schedule those on weekends only. For WFH employees, if u forget to clock in/clock out by mistake, it will not adjust & they will put half day. Also the CEO warns to hold salary/ mark employees as absent every now & then. HR team is biased & not 0.1% cooperative with employees. They are not for employees, actually they are just appointed to check punch in/punch out of employees & address it to them immediately. POOR LEADERSHIP: Some POD leads are fine but there is no growth in other POD's. Providing feedbacks to manager does not help at all. UNHEALTHY COMPETITION: The environment is highly competitive but not in a positive way. No single word of appreciation for your overtime work & timely delivery. No RESPECT for employees. CEO gives unrealistic deadlines which TL's cannot oppose & can call u sand shout anytime. Everyday you will have fear of getting fired. NO GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES: Despite promises of career development, there is very little room for advancement & skills you develop are not valued.

They provide you half day sick leave per month, otherwise it will leads to loss of pay. it needs to be as though you need to be an orphan and to works 24 hours to satisfy them. There is a clear discrimination within the orgnasation, Good Advice Dont Join there.

Jimmit is a very shameless person , what a begger man ,he told me how investors , his wife and leagl authorities are after him for evading from paying taxes, so he wanted employees to get convinced that he will cut their salaries and HRs that gareeb Rishita and Illiterate Charu are getting some fractional amount as per their status as incentives for deducting salaries of employees disgusting !!

After working for 2 years doing so much for this company I can say that ethics are a miss out here. I just kept working because I didn't want instability in the career its a Dumb a SS PRODUCT

They have hired HRs from E grade Tier 5 MBA colleges who cant speak and write in one language either English or Hindi Properly who talk in an obscene manner to their seniors and especially the opposite gender, companies like these talk a lot about POSH but let such girls speak anything in front of Boys which is highly obscene and disrespectful. Looks a little cheap you know in my view. HR is pure road side like no values, no education in fact they lack in sophistication and acts as clowns like the CEO Technically its an outdated product there are loans on the CEO hence he is aiming to thrive this company , there is nothing in this company. Charu and some another clerk of CEO who is more dumb than her is her colleague RiShit aaaa are Frauds, I didn't come to compromise with them clearly told them this is what I need if not I will leave, I mean these people with an ant size brain are incompetent unskilled and not fit to speak a single language properly, even clerks and admin boy look more qualified so company isn't functioning as it should, something seriously wrong here in every department. The Product is actually super outdated, in this era this company is soon about to close , this is just a clone of Buffer, where even data of the customers of the clients is being misused
