It's a friends of the founder driven organization. Unless you know them well enough you are worthless. They have friends and family at all management positions and will not allow an experienced and skilled person to progress at all. You and your experience will be used by someone else for their own selfishness. A lot of their teams are under skilled and wrongly experienced.

Creative head is servicing guy. Strategy head is a wannabe creative guy. Servicing head is good for nothing. Top management really needs reshuffling.
