Likes

The evening snacks is the only benefit an employee gets here other then this there is nothing anybody can like about.

Dislikes

The Management & the Employees of the company are not at all polite with the new joinees. The Management of the company needs to learn how to behave with the Employees 1st & then run a company, the salary is decent but never choose a career for a startup like Soch business. Even there are Nobody who can listen to your escalations. The lower Management like HK holds a different level of attitude which is out of tolerance

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
