During my tenure top leaders are not good as professional, it was completely handled by the share holder, everyone came with new agenda

...ironment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. They give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Nice boss and very pleasant to work but the people in higher position not by education but by experience who don't even know basic English will not like you and they will not allow you to grow they stamp you because they are insecure and these people spoil the environment..not a good place i would suggest.

Overall evening is bad. Worst organisation.
