No issues with company. Company culture On time salary Good managing director (jagadish nagineni) - good vision on employees. Good evp Mr. Nk praveen - he will support there dept like anything. Good chairman - A person with good vision on company

Hod or RA hopeless person He will be sleeping partner with few companies. He will bring them as an vendor to sobha. Prices are too high as compared to market.if any questions arises.he will take personal action on concerned site incharge. Not bothering about the hard working people. Will try to fetch wrong evidence and false allegations on people. If he doesn't likes them. Complete monarchy rule. He will interact bottom people. Bottom people who works under him. Which he likes he will give good increment. Will give indirect leneance to start there indirect business. Totally company name is getting damaged.

...tually fraud people like vitas. When you are in leave they remove people easily. They are not given my salary and incentives, be careful from sovin this person looks like very gentlemen, but is totally fraud person. Don't buy any sobha project they are just playing quality quality.

*Salary in time, the company is great except for the sales team. *People are very nice and friendly except for sales. *Canteen food is homemade and superb. *Office is nice and has large cubicles for everyone except sales.

*Sales team is very bad. *High pressure and high stress environment. *Unrealistic goals set by sales heads and they yell all the time for not reaching the target or completing the goal. *Too many people in sales and very few projects to work on. *Other sales people will steal your clients so you have to be careful. No one will help you if someone steals your client. *Too much politics. *Many sales people including those in higher positions have romantic relationships within the team even if they are married. *They hire young and pretty girls so that they can have affairs. *No advantage for us guys since most people in higher positions have affairs. *Verbal abuse is very common. *0 work life balance. *Client is treated as God and employees are seen as useless. *Site offices have no place to sit on weekends.

...on productive work will be given,just to keep u in site from 8:30 AM To 8:30 PM. assigning multiple task at the same time for the salary of 25000 with an hike of max 10% ( 2500) for the work of 12hr daily,Labour's are treated with respect than Engineers.this company says passion at work but treat employees as S/_a\/es at work.

Well Organised company. Work Sequence and detailing in the finishing are ultimate.. Company provides skilled supporting team and technician team.. Am Very happy to be part of this company. Management will get 100% from his employee's. But they not provided deserving Salary and position. No support for employees during critical condition like COVID -19. Worst experience we have experienced during COVID time. No proper Salary,No increment in 3 year's.. Employees will expect the support from the company during these critical conditions. But this company fails here.. Always think about company development.there is no concern about Workers/employees. It's completely a business minded company. There is no value for hard work. This company is only for learning. I would not like to work again in this company..
