Hod or RA hopeless person He will be sleeping partner with few companies. He will bring them as an vendor to sobha. Prices are too high as compared to market.if any questions arises.he will take personal action on concerned site incharge. Not bothering about the hard working people. Will try to fetch wrong evidence and false allegations on people. If he doesn't likes them. Complete monarchy rule. He will interact bottom people. Bottom people who works under him. Which he likes he will give good increment. Will give indirect leneance to start there indirect business. Totally company name is getting damaged.

Sobha limited is a learning accademy for beginners.. I started my Work life from this prestigious company, i worked for around 5 years. This experience is the highlight of my profile. Well Organised company. Work Sequence and detailing in the finishing are ultimate.. Company provides skilled supporting team and technician team.. Am Very happy to be part of this company. Thanks for the opportunity to learn and improve myself..🙏

Management will get 100% from his employee's. But they not provided deserving Salary and position. No support for employees during critical condition like COVID -19. Worst experience we have experienced during COVID time. No proper Salary,No increment in 3 year's.. Employees will expect the support from the company during these critical conditions. But this company fails here.. Always think about company development.there is no concern about Workers/employees. It's completely a business minded company. There is no value for hard work. This company is only for learning. I would not like to work again in this company..

It is not special except for stress Old employees of this company like Pradeep will expel you from the company without informing you and will not even think that you have a family behind you. The old people of this company have spoiled the environment of the company My honest review is that it is better to do a contractor's job than joining this company.
