...e team manager ( Account team ) is very bad. That manager is not good behaviour. At last they hold the job & telling as we can gave the salary as 7% hike only, where as existing company needs to pay the 15-20 % Hike. Very bad Experiance

Incentive structure in attractive though very difficult to earn good incentives. Travel allowance.

They pay 50% of earned incentives after 2months on agreement, 40% after another 2 months and remaining 10% on year end if team achieve target. Sobha has too many Sales guys for limited inventory, conflicts are usual, lead clashes, client poaching encouraged. No holidays, no week offs in month ends and Jan, Feb & March months are horrible with no week off's for 2 to 3 weeks. Month end need to be in corporate office late nights (1 AM) for file logins. Lot of conditions to earn incentives nearly impossible to earn good incentives. Need to be in very good terms with Team Leader to get Sale credit for sale closure done by your colleague of your client in your absence else you will not get anything ( sobha has sale credit sharing if 2 STM's involved ). No proper appraisal, performer is sidelined if TL doesnot like him (many performers left sobha ltd at bangalore luxury). No comp offs for working in festival days, they fire any one at there whims. People who there in sobha for 10 years and more have joined sobha at time when it was still humane not become big brand (those times sobha cared for clients requirement) now though they squeeze every drop of blood in you. You have to install STM app in your smartphone give all permissions with location, camera, contacts and dialer access else app wont work and it will run in background all times. You should Update leads through app and Your TL will be monitoring your lead bucket all times. The app default records all your calls for audio filing to substantiate your remarks every time you update lead with fresh remarks, Your TL, HOD, Cluster head, Marketing VP, Presales TL will listen to it constantly. GRE will always have tab on you like how many times you go out, number cups beverages you consume, TL's will call GRE to confirm if you reached site in time, They micro manage every thing. They don't pay commission to Agents in time. You will get Job confirmation letter after 1 year only not 6 months like other companies.

...curity. If you make any mistake you must pay from your pocket because I paid it. Bossism no medical facilities we should pay for our food no over time salary no week end pay out. Just work and get your salary. For month end we worked for Morning 8.30 to night 10 many days

The management is soft speaking and hard working . The salary growth is poor but working in this sobha will help in your career growth. My boss is understanding , well behaved and a good leader.

The company has excellent reputation and very result oriented. I feel proud that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a big client base. Passion at work. Whatever company commits, it make sure that it gets done and on time. Innovation and working environment is excellent. Work life balance is there so I start my every day with full of energy and happily. Must say a well reputed brand in India.
