Nothing just the salary but to get that salary also, everyday is a hustle.

They are working in a very outdated version indesign. If you tell the management also the same thing, they wont listen. No work life balance. They are looting clients with the old designs and the materials they are putting for the interior work. Pathetic.

...he actual work details untill you actually have joined. There's nothing to like. Also if you're late even for a second you're half day pay is cut. # horrifying truth.

If you are a designer or a creative person stay away from here. Don't loose respect as a designer by being loyal just for the name of the company.

Good work environment & team support. Guidance from seniors are very good specially at the time of joining. One can learn and gain good experience here. One can play multiple roles in the job. Office space and compounds are very neat all the time. Separate pantries are provided for each wing in each floor. Medical insurance and basic allowances are included in the salary. Yearly training is mandatory and we have an academy specially for it. Its not very strict to be seated in front of computer 9hrs a day, but work has to be completed on time. There was no good support from the company during lockdown. They sent email stated salary deduction if a certain percentage due to the crisis and reduced many times more than that without notice for a month. Work from home was allowed for about 2 months with basic salary, later that was cancelled. We were asked to come to office and work if we need salary or were considered on furlough. Despite all this, proper sanitization and hygiene is maintained to the required standards every single day in the office.

...al permission. For sick leaves more than 2 days doctors certificate is a must. Salary scale is slightly lower than the market. Apparaisals and hike are never yearly, they pay when they feel like. Bonus had been paid yearly so far.

...HR is equally dumb to leak every report to the immediate manager and management. They deduct salary if you are late even by 1min but don't pay you for over time and expect you to work overtime without pay as your loyalty, dedication, and duty towards the organisation and help it grow while you burnout.

...e team manager ( Account team ) is very bad. That manager is not good behaviour. At last they hold the job & telling as we can gave the salary as 7% hike only, where as existing company needs to pay the 15-20 % Hike. Very bad Experiance
