...ve anything to like. Just for name sake they do celebrate few of the occassions. The only good part is that , they pay the salary on time that is last day of the month

They don't have proper system Backend people are all like goverment employees. No benefits and facilities to employees Toxic environment Too much pressure on work No leaves granted If the manager decides he dont want you for any reason, thats it they will ask you to resign and go. Pathetic admin team Overall company is worst to work here. Just a brand thats it. I am in sales and sales employees are the frontliners who generate revenue and gets business to company and the sales team people are treated as slave. They treat sales team people worst than daily wagers. The whole system is corrupt Only people on the top management are enjoying the position benefits. Salary hike is worst for sales even if we are a good performer. No Rewards and recognition They dont have training and they ask to perform from day one in sales team. There is no proper timing for sales team, they ask to login by 9-930am and in evening there is no logout time as they will be screwing and pressuring for no reason They have resource of 400 plus in sales team which is not required.

*Salary in time, the company is great except for the sales team. *People are very nice and friendly except for sales. *Canteen food is homemade and superb. *Office is nice and has large cubicles for everyone except sales.

Dislikes

*Sales team is very bad. *High pressure and high stress environment. *Unrealistic goals set by sales heads and they yell all the time for not reaching the target or completing the goal. *Too many people in sales and very few projects to work on. *Other sales people will steal your clients so you have to be careful. No one will help you if someone steals your client. *Too much politics. *Many sales people including those in higher positions have romantic relationships within the team even if they are married. *They hire young and pretty girls so that they can have affairs. *No advantage for us guys since most people in higher positions have affairs. *Verbal abuse is very common. *0 work life balance. *Client is treated as God and employees are seen as useless. *Site offices have no place to sit on weekends.

Nothing just the salary but to get that salary also, everyday is a hustle.

Dislikes

They are working in a very outdated version indesign. If you tell the management also the same thing, they wont listen. No work life balance. They are looting clients with the old designs and the materials they are putting for the interior work. Pathetic.

A good place to learn technical things Practically and Theoretically. Very Supportive Seniors in specific Departments.

Work Life Balance is Worst. Well ill behaved higher management. Very Very less salary ever for Experienced employees.

1.You should forget about your family, 2.Don't ask for promotion 3.Work with your team leader who don't have technical knowledge. 4. Bear all harrasement of Team leaders and above without saying anything 4. Diseased working environment. 5.Ready to join for this organization for the same salary how much you are getting presently or for even lesser. 6 Ready to work late nights everyday also work on Saturday and Sunday 7.
