The company is very good. It has projects in dubai and all over india and also it is one of the fast growing construction company. You can develop your skills here and it is a good company for freshers because freshers can learn many things here. I also joined at sobha as fresher and i leaned many things in short span. Job security is very high.

Salary for experience candidates will be low.

As a fresher company is good but mid level people it's not suit technically who wants to improve is also not recommend. For civil engineering is good .

Dislikes

No Hike and benefits from company hire people are not so much technical people .

No issues with company. Company culture On time salary Good managing director (jagadish nagineni) - good vision on employees. Good evp Mr. Nk praveen - he will support there dept like anything. Good chairman - A person with good vision on company

Dislikes

Hod or RA hopeless person He will be sleeping partner with few companies. He will bring them as an vendor to sobha. Prices are too high as compared to market.if any questions arises.he will take personal action on concerned site incharge. Not bothering about the hard working people. Will try to fetch wrong evidence and false allegations on people. If he doesn't likes them. Complete monarchy rule. He will interact bottom people. Bottom people who works under him. Which he likes he will give good increment. Will give indirect leneance to start there indirect business. Totally company name is getting damaged.

Timely salary, 5 lakhs health insurance benefits,

Dislikes

Work life balance is 0. Sundays also working full day. Compared to other companies salary packages are less. Too much pressure from management for execution but not giving proper resource from the beginning. Finally before hand over creates more pressure, need to stay at site till midnight 2_3am . Again attending site next morning 7 am. Vendors and contractors are paid less which creates more difficulties in execution due to less manpower.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
