Actually Sobha is one of the best commercial construction company. but salary is low. but if we work in sobha we have to learn everything .

Good teamwork, on time salary, increment on yearly basis(1.5 years).

Dislikes

Job cultur is totally different from Bangalore to Gurgaon. Don't dare to join sobha in Gurgaon location. Too much harassment by senior in the way of work load and most importantly abusive language.

I proudly say I am one off the Sobha employee because I had learned so many things from this company, I got good experience in EHS Field. I had success fully completed three projects and achieves zero accident free site by past three years, Now coming October 2017 one more project will going to handover it's cool. I feel here better and best.

...HR is equally dumb to leak every report to the immediate manager and management. They deduct salary if you are late even by 1min but don't pay you for over time and expect you to work overtime without pay as your loyalty, dedication, and duty towards the organisation and help it grow while you burnout.

...e team manager ( Account team ) is very bad. That manager is not good behaviour. At last they hold the job & telling as we can gave the salary as 7% hike only, where as existing company needs to pay the 15-20 % Hike. Very bad Experiance
