...tually fraud people like vitas. When you are in leave they remove people easily. They are not given my salary and incentives, be careful from sovin this person looks like very gentlemen, but is totally fraud person. Don't buy any sobha project they are just playing quality quality.

U will find same depressed people like u and bonds Will be good but not with senior, senior will always trying to get the credit for your work.

...on productive work will be given,just to keep u in site from 8:30 AM To 8:30 PM. assigning multiple task at the same time for the salary of 25000 with an hike of max 10% ( 2500) for the work of 12hr daily,Labour's are treated with respect than Engineers.this company says passion at work but treat employees as S/_a\/es at work.

Sobha limited is a learning accademy for beginners.. I started my Work life from this prestigious company, i worked for around 5 years. This experience is the highlight of my profile. Well Organised company. Work Sequence and detailing in the finishing are ultimate.. Company provides skilled supporting team and technician team.. Am Very happy to be part of this company. Management will get 100% from his employee's. But they not provided deserving Salary and position. No support for employees during critical condition like COVID -19. Worst experience we have experienced during COVID time. No proper Salary,No increment in 3 year's.. Employees will expect the support from the company during these critical conditions. But this company fails here.. Always think about company development.there is no concern about Workers/employees. It's completely a business minded company. There is no value for hard work. This company is only for learning. I would not like to work again in this company..

Work life balance is 0. Sundays also working full day. Compared to other companies salary packages are less. Too much pressure from management for execution but not giving proper resource from the beginning. Finally before hand over creates more pressure, need to stay at site till midnight 2_3am . Again attending site next morning 7 am. Vendors and contractors are paid less which creates more difficulties in execution due to less manpower.
