Apart from the city head & 1 level low, all the employees are very co-operative & supporting.

Dislikes

As it's a start-up there are no proper process in place & the policies keep on changing & everytime it only makes more difficult for us to handle a customer. Also no role is as per JD, every store staff is more or less a tele caller only. Work timings is also a major issue as you have to start before time, but closing is never on time. All in line managers want only to be an auditor not manager as they only find mistakes in your work & never appreciate any good work done & will demoralise you on watsapp groups where entire city team is there. 0 job security as no matter how many months you may have performed well, but if you fail in 1-2months due to industry impact also you will be sent pip mails & warning letters.
