One of the most terrible experiences of my life. Do they pay well? yes! But is it worth your peace of mind? No.

I have read this many times, and this actually sums up the whole experience at this organization - people don't leave bad jobs, they leave because of bad bosses. The person I was reporting to was always trying to be a manager who made me question everything I knew and had a major contribution to my mental breakdown and low confidence. Sadly, they never understood this and failed to be a mentor.

Very small company and you are whole and sole. Which is good for learning but there is a lot of work pressure, they assign parallel projects on you and ask to work on them.

Dislikes

Their attendance mode is horrible, we need to punch in and out for shifts logins track as well as project attendance for 8 hours, managers are very keen in tracking those which makes employees feel like micro management. Their leave policies are not upto the mark, within first year there are no leaves allocated except 8 emergency leaves, only after crossing 1yr with company they allocate 24 leaves, their LTA as well paid after completing 1st year. No Indian holidays, only US. Keen monitoring on everything. Managers are not upto the mark. insurances are too high for self and parents. No work from home flexibility. Shifts are odd which starts at 3pm and ends 12pm.
