The other side of this is that job satisfaction is zero because of salary issue i mean work load is bigger than your salary amount that's why you can not satisfy after sometime. Apart from that traveling facility is poor, no saftey at all in whole plant which means you have to complete work on your own risk, no holiday, sometime you can take Sunday. That's it. Overall experience is bed.

I never experienced like this company, lot of politics, they won't allow us to work smoothly, every day torched. Pls don't join this company.

Had terrible work experience with the company,At hiring stage Company only shows the big perceptions about company but in the reality is so unprofessional

Really so unprofessional, No culture to keep their employee engaged, so worst kind a politics is there, zero percent job security, being a part of snowman feel like ruined my career.
