... enhance our skills and if someone passionate for his work then it is brilliant. The other side of this is that job satisfaction is zero because of salary issue i mean work load is bigger than your salary amount that's why you can not satisfy after sometime. Apart from that traveling facility is poor, no saftey at all in whole plant which means you have to complete work on your own risk, no holiday, sometime you can take Sunday. That's it. Overall experience is bed.

Beautiful company to work. You are free to take risk as long as within business ethics and organisation guidelines. You can see your contribution well in front of you. Supportive seniors. I am enjoying it for the last 5years. Good growing opportunity available here.

I never experienced like this company, lot of politics, they won't allow us to work smoothly, every day torched. Pls don't join this company.

Really so unprofessional, No culture to keep their employee engaged, so worst kind a politics is there, zero percent job security, being a part of snowman feel like ruined my career.
