As far as job security and career growth, no promotions even though qualified enough and salary rise is not upto your expectations.But if a person always wants to learn something new then it's a good place with friendly environment and supportive team mates. A person should always get ready to work under pressure with good production of work. If you are expecting five days a week and holidays marked red in calender then please forget making yourself relax, you would have to work on holidays also to release workload.

There was no job security as company has taken over and immediately I got contract termination letter without considering seniority, award winning, qualification and intelligence. Never expect to get promotions.
