It was a wonderful experience working at SNDL.Working in team feels you like a future team leader. As far as job security and career growth, no promotions even though qualified enough and salary rise is not upto your expectations.But if a person always wants to learn something new then it's a good place with friendly environment andsupportive team mates. A person should always get ready to work under pressure with good production of work. Dislikes

There was no job security as company has taken over and immediately I got contract termination letter without considering seniority, award winning, qualification and intelligence. Never expect to get promotions.
