I have worked 4 years, the company provides access to the latest technologies. there is a family environment where everyone helps each other.

Dislikes

Management makes unrealistic promises to clients and Engineers end up working till 2am. Deadlines are unrealistic and hiring is very less. Work Culture is the worst. There is Job Security because of Multiple Projects. Salary Hikes are negligible.

Taking leave there is a sin. You can't take wfh . They will target you till yo resign and they will also make sure that you won't get time to prepare for interview during notice period. If you say i have to leave or i need wfh for some family time, that is not at all allowed for them these all things doesn't matter. If you are not doing your work ,they will target you.

Owner of the company is really a good person with very kind heart and looks after everything in the company. He is earning a lot of blessings of the employees by his humble behaviour and kindness. God bless him.
