Nothing u can like about this company they're showcasing the non sense side that they are people centric and exploit students by underpaying them lately they bluff on work culture and call in a candidate for 7 rounds of interview at office also at first place they're not clear what designation they want to offer and person with good communications and skills they dump him/her in customer associate segment naming as delights.

Dislikes

They initially showcase the offer of package of 7-8 lpa after completing the rounds they just come cold saying we have a budget constraint of 3-3.5 lpa they're just claiming they're future growing and blooming industry okay if they're why are they not capable to pay off a decent wage to person with master degree. Lot's and lot's of unprofessionalism, politics, favoritism and so much more We had 7 rounds of interview with this company and lastly they don't dare to revert back

Likes

They increased the targets without any empathy and forced me out of the company. Made personal attacks and even threatened to not pay me my discussed salary.

Dislikes

The job at hand was really interesting and there are few people who help you with whatever you're doing. But the top management is only focused on one aspect of the business, the profits. They need to think about their employees.

I'll get tired of counting...😐 No Job Security. No future Goals / Plans. No Learning. No Work Life Balance. No good culture / Working Environment No efficient ERP. "You have to work on stupid Google sheets." Notice period for an executive level employee is 3 months and it is not negotiable, which is very intolerable. At the time of joining they committed that there would be a 5 day week but after joining, the situation changed completely. I had to go to work even on saturdays. (No Comp Offs, No OTs). I wasted my precious time in this stupid company. This is just a trailer, the full picture will be seen after joining.

Overall culture of the company is good which is maintained and taken care by HR department which includes the activities to create synergy between employees

Dislikes

There is not much to dislike but there were chaos within department manager and reporting managers which eventually sometimes hinders communication process for those at associate levels
