I'll get tired of counting...😐 No Job Security. No future Goals / Plans. No Learning. No Work Life Balance. No good culture / Working Environment No efficient ERP. "You have to work on stupid Google sheets." Notice period for an executive level employee is 3 months and it is not negotiable, which is very intolerable. At the time ofjoining they committed that there would be a 5 day week but after joining, the situation changed completely. I had to go to work even on saturdays. (No Comp Offs, No OTs). Overall culture of the company is good which is maintained and taken care by HR department which includes the activities to create synergy between employees
