Its not like dislike but all approvals are in hands of Finance and due to this there is a lot of delay which affects our expectation

Company policies are very strict towards employees, employee engagement is low, it is monday to saturday working with meagre paid and sick/casual leaves.

Dislikes

Job security is not good. Compensation is very low as compared to industry average. Although part of Motherson Group, this company is very much an outlier to rest of the group in terms of style of working. Needs a serious review of HR policies since same were updated last 2 decades back.

Poor Hr management Policies You have to sign a Service bond of 3 years. And if they send you forgien for work then again Bond for that with 5 lakh breach money No sick leaves , only CL AND EL Everything will be deducted from your negotiated CTC which in hand comes to very low as Bonus and LTA( Later different policy for their withdrawal too) You have to work In Shift with Long hours shift timings.

...vironment and culture teammate are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria, company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

No
