HFS is a good service provider company,but no regularly salary growth and appraisal .Other thing will be managable.I work happily last six and haly years

Here main problem is growth is slow.No appraisal in half yearly or annually,which is very painfull for us.

Everything Smollan is a third party group he will pay for db employees but his management with zero knowledge of product and marketing command unnecessary things

Favouritism by managers, biased towards favourite employees, no clear vision for projects, 6 months probation period without any leaves, only 1 restroom for all employees, no canteen available, etc, etc

I love to work here because of work culture and what the management help in enhancing the skills , You can job security as well here
