No role classification no equivalent salary to the work u are doing. You are simply dumped with work and no job security. No advanced technology. No recognitions and awards to motivate. The more years you work you are treated simply unrecognized. I do see internal politics and partiality . The policies sometime don't match to what exactly the business is into. If you want to get mentally disturbed, then yes, its a best place to join. Think.

Third party pay roll they only saying we see your performance and give the payroll on Smith's detection 12har. shift job but there not fix time to relieve. And mumbai ASM not good he not knowing about Smith's equipment how is working. And part name. Work place environment poison spread by ASM
