1. Good Salary, On time salary, Good increments every year, sometimes 2 times in a year. 2.Good HR department. 3. Good expenses for sales and marketing department. 4. Good incentive schemes. you can get incentives which varies as per post from 1.2 to 4 lacs annually. 5. Products and Brand name is good. 6. Visit area is nearby your city. you can go and return home by evening. No tours for sale person. 7. Deliveries are good compared to competitors. 8. Recommend to work for 3 years only to get MNC company experience.

1. Now company feels that they are king and don't listen customer's points. 2. Only engineers and branch is responsible for payments and dispatch issues. 3. Accounts department is not that much active as per company status. Took too much time for payment adjustment of customer. Credit note and duplicate invoice process is too much slow. 4.Company is not flexible for holding customer orders. They dispatch material by ignoring customer schedule (Big problem). 5. Small customer base (15-25 per engineer) which push engineer to visit repeatedly on same customer. every week. Strict visit on all days except saturday. No office sitting allowed. 6. Tracking through Tablet by check in at customer end (Not too much strict). 7. You will become lazy if work for long time by visiting same customer. Since you visit to 15-20 customers only, you will have limited customer base which impact for job switching for future growth in other companies. 8. Company have BOND for 3 years after joining. They kept 1 month CTC before joining for 3 years without interest. If you left company before 3 years, that amount will not refund in any case. Notice period -2month.

...ime of resign and full final calculation what i got a big zero...in totality ...i have to pay around 3.5 lacs for getting clearance certificate and even they did not provide F&F copy

It's good company but some team head are not good they think that there are no H R policy and if they are not happy then they will not guide you neither treat as h teacher nor a friend They will try to fire you any how .. but company profile is very good culture is nice but some people are not good

Here your team head will decide that how much salary will come in your account there are no company rule no H.R policy ..if you butter your team head then you don't need to worry about your salary .And if you work gently and you prove that you are violenter you can do then it's up to your team head if he happy with that so it's too good otherwise he will take it on his ego and will fire you to give any reason any police but you can't work in system and one more thing you can't ConAgra your team also ... it's true

SMC CORPORATION INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED Chennai is a centralised organisation....sarath Chandra rout , pradeep it stable (SMC salary wasted person) her for salary only bcz this two persons higher management contacted person ...can you please fired this two persons we will achieving our target every month based on material availability...
