The salary is quite low, in accordance to work-life-balance. There are many other companies out there with way better pay scale. Might hurt your resume to work at low package. However, the learning compensates the loss of salary.

IF you are permanent employee in smarte than your salary hike rate is very low compared with new joinees

... is not paid as mentioned on paper they will pay way less. Nothing new to learn. Salary increments are as good as nothing. You can expect 500 rs increment on yearly basis. No pick and drop available no security provided to girls after the night shift is over.
