Nothing much to like - they don't really have a budget for anything and there's a queen of this organization with unrealistic ideologies and expectations, that you ought to fulfil and either way she's going to tell you you're useless and will remain unhappy with you forever.

The company has allowed me to try new methods and ideas. It never stopped the flow of new ways of improving the business and systems at work. This is the reason I was able to identify my skill and hidden strengths by working in multiple teams.

Dislikes

There is nothing bad I wish to say about the company. The team is very young and often lack best practices when it comes to certain activities.
