There few things that i don't like about this company, salary, work load ( let me give you a brief idea when I say work load. The management expect you to handle multiple locations, make yourself available to travel to any location within the city. And you are not allowed to ask any questions regarding salary, even if you ask the management choose to ignore you, your calls, and your emails), no words of appreciation, politics, etc.

POOR COMPANY CULTURE ACCOUNTS JOB ONLY DATA ENTRY WRONG PROMOTION SYSTEM, GIRLS GIVING MORE ADVANTAG. IF YOU HAVE ENOUGH OIL FOR OILING MANAGER YOU CAN GET ENOUGH SUPPORT FROM THEM , OTHER WISE SIR SIR NOTHING VALUE. FINALLY IF YOU WANT TO DOWN YOUR CAREER TO DO ONLY DATA ENTRY JOB YOU CAN GO THIS CO.

...ere is Job security, people are very helpful, young and you will work as a team. Salary credited on time without any delay.

1. Salary is low and will remain same with Max 10-12% increment 2.No proper Head as of now so everyone tries to be head and lead confusion. 3. No training given, no opportunity to grow 4. Mon to Sat working. However Sat is half day only for saying since you cannot leave before 5 5. If you want to start career then only go otherwise think 3 times before joining. 6. it has Babu Culture.

Smartworks Kolkata is very bad experience. Office politics. No work life Balance, Mon to sat working, huge pressure, no hike, no job satisfaction, no increment no reward and recognition. If u r in account department then you will be always undertreated. However if u r in It department or tech department then its Very good company. It has different policy for different departments and different regions
