One of the bad company were I had worked for more than 5 years without any demand. But still my experience certificate, bonuses (for 4 years) & last one month salary was holding by the company. Now if I try to communicate for the same, they never respond.

Only I liked the relation between teammates.

Dislikes

No job security any time manegment can kick you. No fixed date of salary. Useing Offensive language in office. Apprisal 5%/per year. Manegment treat service team is kind of liability.

Very good and pleasant working condition. salary structure is good.good career growth . very good learning experience for fresher. Overall this organization is good.

There is nothing to like. They are just brokers and try to steal money in a polished way from any one. Including employees, vendors, customer etc...

They are just fraud, the open this company to make money only. God will definitely punish such maniacs.
