When company is in the no profit state, the company raise there profit to employees salary means company cut the employees 20% salary

Staff is good. R&D department is very helping, understanding and friendly. Good guidance. You will get to learn many new things. Good atmosphere.

...r benefits. Employees even work for 1 to 2 hrs after office(extra) almost daily. Yet they cut salary if you are late(half day is considered). HR department is very much unprofessional. I had to wait for a month to get my relieving letter after serving one month notice period and that too on 5-6 days of follow up. Different rules for different departments.

All things are good but the biggest problem is that's why I leave this company is too much far from railway station... Otherwise I love this company good people's...

Worked for more than 2 years Halpful teammates management somehow manage for employee wellness good for emebedded systems as the company is known for OE products and standards

Management decisions are not quick and satisfying for employees no other benifits like outing or travelling etc
