Staff is good. R&D department is very helping, understanding and friendly. Good guidance. You will get to learn many new things. Good atmosphere.

Dislikes

Company is far away from the thane station. Management is very poor. No appreciation. No good communication between manager and employees. company policies are changed without proper notice, according to their benefits. Employees even work for 1 to 2 hrs after office(extra) almost daily. Yet they cut salary if you are late(half day is considered)</mark>. HR department is very much unprofessional. I had to wait for a month to get my relieving letter after serving one month notice period and that too on 5-6 days of follow up. Different rules for different departments....Read More
