Dislikes

...r benefits. Employees even work for 1 to 2 hrs after office(extra) almost daily. Yet they cut salary if you are late(half day is considered). HR department is very much unprofessional. I had to wait for a month to get my relieving letter after serving one month notice period and that too on 5-6 days of follow up. Different rules for different departments.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
