The Salary is low, appraisals are good but totally depends on the Market. This time we didn't get it.

When i will have anything to dislike, i will think about leaving the organisation... I am still working here since last 15 years ..

Administration should not form an opinion about an employee rather see their work and contribution towards company...sometimes you may not be up to the mark but when u exceed expectation you should get in return...that doesnot really happen...

The company has a good culture. Can reach director level easily for our concerns. No Hierarchy. Senior Level people are supportive and encourage to give our best.

Dislikes

No new Projects. Not much learning from projects. The company is not growing in terms of head count. It has great potential to reach heights but it seems like they aren't trying for that.

The management has an open door policy and a lot of transparency. Ample opportunities for one to grow , if the person is smart and ambitious.

Dislikes

At times, we have to work on multiple projects, but it is compensated by day off or extra hours billing.
