The company is adopt TPM policy as well as latest technology , it's one of the best company in exhaust system and all colleagues and staff is supportive and appreciate for work to new staff.

It was fcilated with latest manufacturing.

Dislikes

It is a purely family business. But at present the firm is no more. It is dismental and all machineries have been sold. There is no existence of SM Auto. Thanks. If you have any opening please advice me. Thanks.

In pitti company as per my information hr vitthal cheke is the lowest liar and cheater, we call you to work saying get onroll then give confirmation then tell you have to work in contract, if you go to talk tell him to leave. Sr. hr menger Mr. Patil is also ruining the poor boy's career Check please no one go there.....even if you go get offer letter firstAfter being cheated, if you go to talk to us, we say that we did not say anything like that, we say that it is our policy...

I want to rejoin and want to work for Bearing cage Division. I want to work for Bearing related work and bearing material... Good working environment. Zero defect and lean manufacturing culture adapted hear . Strong training programme arranged by management. High precision bearing cages manufactured hear.New technology added hear . Very good top management . good platform for career . Working environment is very good. All things are reliable and class one..

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
