Work-Life Balance: The company lacks proper work-life balance, expecting a 2.5-year-experienced individual to perform at a 6-year level without appropriate support. Facilities: No parking facility or canteen adds to the daily struggles. Overall: The company culture is highly political, with undue favoritism for certain groups.
