Role: Machine Learning Engineer Experience: The role required extensive Python skills, but the expectations were unrealistic. I was expected to understand 8000 lines of legacy code in 4 days with minimal guidance. Work Culture: Reverse KT felt more like an interrogation than a learning process. There was clear favoritism, and freshers acted unprofessionally, often prioritizing their peers or showing partiality. Work-Life Balance: The company lacks proper work-life balance, expecting a 2.5-year-experienced individual to perform at a 6-year level without appropriate support. Facilities: No parking facility or canteen adds to the daily struggles. Overall: The company culture is highly political, with undue favoritism for certain groups.
