SLK Software offers good learning opportunities for growing professionals, some good projects n clients help in skill development with new technologies. Infrastructure is quite decent in terms of set up and quality. But management's attitude, behaviour, mindset is pathetic. Some senior managers are poor in doing their job of managing projects n resources well. Promotions and salary hikes are very poor. Bad politics by senior management. Notoriously prevalent politics, bias, favouritism, corruption at management level. Favourite employees n pet employees are treated with great care n reward, whereas honest, hard working mid level senior employees n below are ignored and not rewarded deservingly. Organization policies are not uniformly enforced for employees across full hierarchy, and rules are broken/bent for pet employees and rules are implemented very strictly for others. Most employees leave SLK for three major reasons, i.e, bad salary, bad promotions n hikes, corrupt management.

Dislikes

Bad politics, corrupt management, poor salary package n hikes n promotions.

For short duration this company is ok for long term think 100 times before joining all short term project..once come in bench they force you to bill if ignore fire.

Dislikes

...on depends on company can only. All mangers are waste you can't get any support. Also don't take any bonus( SRB) that is trap if you left early they will deduct from F&F.So many drawback.

Love the working environment, the platform to learn and grow in career , lot of exposure to new trends and also supportive seniors

The location is too far away from the city and the initial pay is very low for a city like Bangalore

working from past 5 years in SLK. There is no hike and more over if you in bench they will give buyout. there is no job security, No hike. Better to find someother company.

No Knowledge improvement. No Oppoturnites, No hike increment.

Great campus. Friendly colleagues. Two way cab.

Dislikes

Campus is very far, travelling can be exhausting. Less compensation for freshers compared to the industry standard. Employment bond. Most of the projects are support based.
