...Timings, job security is good. House keeping and facility service is remarkable. Salary and appreciation is good if you are performing well.

Dislikes

Trainings, internal or external should be given to existing employees to upgrade themselves and apply same in their projects. Giving training to new comers will not help to give best to customer. Availability of food is big problem during odd hours. Should encourage to attend IT events and sports events. I have never seen a such a worst Health insurance partner SLK has. Also frequent changes with partner is not a good process.

It is just a start up and lot of things are not in proper order so nothing to like yet.

Company is not paying the salary correctly during covid wfh.. Either there is a pay cut of shift allowance or no salary at all.. And there is no proper channel to approach been followed here.. Very poor management.. Any query raised or questioned by an employee there will be no response and pathetic arrangement of cabs too. Totally disappointed by the company management..

Excellent workplace definitely a great place to work, fresh air, importance given to mental and physical health, educational sessions and health talks arranged, regular leadership connect

...d. FNF will take time and very mismanagement between different management teams. Very low salary as compare to roles and responsibility and also very less hike except 2 years completion hike if joined from fresher.

Until you expect salary hike this is good company and no one will force you for layoff.

This company is good for only who starts their career as fresher. Experienced people can't stay here due to the way of manager approach, company culture, salary hike, etc., Moreover company is located far away from the city.
