It is just a start up and lot of things are not in proper order so nothing to like yet.

Dislikes

Company is not paying the salary correctly during covid wfh.. Either there is a pay cut of shift allowance or no salary at all.. And there is no proper channel to approach been followed here.. Very poor management.. Any query raised or questioned by an employee there will be no response and pathetic arrangement of cabs too. Totally disappointed by the company management..

Women empowerment, location is good. Diversity. Delivery team is good and work flexibility is okay.

Dislikes

No Job security No intimation on organisational changes HR department is not good. No hike and promotion Work location is not okay for everyone. No R&R for Enabling team for every quarter.

SLK Software offers good learning opportunities for growing professionals, some good projects n clients help in skill development with new technologies. Infrastructure is quite decent in terms of set up and quality. But management's attitude, behaviour, mindset is pathetic. Some senior managers are poor in doing their job of managing projects n resources well. Promotions and salary hikes are very poor. Bad politics by senior management. Notoriously prevalent politics, bias, favouritism, corruption at management level. Favourite employees n pet employees are treated with great care n reward, whereas honest, hard working mid level senior employees n below are ignored and not rewarded deservingly. Organization policies are not uniformly enforced for employees across full hierarchy, and rules are broken/bent for pet employees and rules are implemented very strictly for others. Most employees leave SLK for three major reasons, i.e, bad salary, bad promotions n hikes, corrupt management.

Bad politics, corrupt management, poor salary package n hikes n promotions.

Likes

SLK Software has a strong focus on maintaining a healthy corporate environment. Layoffs are unheard of, and your work is secure. There are plenty of cultural events and fests in the company all through the year. The company endeavors to foster a feeling of togetherness and community among the employees... If you are not very ambitious, you will probably find SLK Software quite satisfying.

Dislikes

SLK Software likes to hire cheap. It has a tendency to pay employees less than their market value, and hand responsibilities that are in excess of their remuneration. Most employees in software development feel that they are considerably underpaid. Growth is difficult, and often non-existent. Even though the company works with American companies as a part of business process outsourcing, client-facing teams are not always competent at fetching client requirements accurately and technical teams usually have to answer for such blunders.

For short duration this company is ok for long term think 100 times before joining all short term project..once come in bench they force you to bill if ignore fire.

Dislikes

...on depends on company can only. All mangers are waste you can't get any support. Also don't take any bonus( SRB) that is trap if you left early they will deduct from F&F.So many drawback.
