Management.worst management ever. Will make you work for 12 hrs with you having to lock the office. Will get their laptops repaired with employees money. Managers will humiliate you in front of everyone. Favouritism is at its peak. HR is a puppet in hands of management. From owner to managers are all just the same. literally we have seen people's careers getting ruined. Any random rule can be applied by management.

Worst experience in my entire work career. Nothing to say good about this company. I can say if people thing that ur self respect is important to you then don’t do this mistake of joining this company. They just ruin ur life. They listen to u n talk good good things might be while listening u guys will in seven wonders but the fact will be that ur putting urself in hell. That bad impact comes in what all faces (situation) might be won’t understand after joining this company. Bcoz of the worst management 98% of the public left the organisation. So if u guys need a good organisation with good atmosphere where u will get at-least self respect and appreciation for the works and peoples whom ur surrounded with positive vibes and taught so do plz search other organisation not this company. Completely worst management and employees don’t get respect and for what work they do. Boss and the managements treat the employees like a slave.. If u want good work balance and mind balance do search for some other company not Slideexpress.

This company has nothing positive offer. Once hired, you'll be treated poorly, especially by the COO , who will publicly scold you for even minor mistakes, its not a professional workplace , but more like a factory where employees are treated like laborers. If you have any self respect , avoid this company. it's better to stay home than be part of this factory

Please don't consider joining here. it's better to beg on streets rather than work for this compny. 1. You have no rights to take more than 2 coffee/tea per day 2. you can't exceed just a single minute break during shift 3. If you are assigned a project that requires teamwork, don't expect help from others. you'll be asked to stay after your shift. often working 14 to 16 extra hours to complete it. you're expected to finish it the same day without overtime, and the next day, you must log in on time. if you're late , they'll mark you as absent for half day 4. Shift start from 9:00 am and there is no fix time to leave by 6:30. You will often ask you to extend your shift due to heavy work load 5. There is no over time payout after extended shift , they have mentioned it in your offer letter that it's just a part of your package to extend the shift to complete the project without getting OT 6. Once an employee decides to pursue another opportunity, their notice can become extremally challenging. I witnessed this firsthand with a colleague who secured a new job and was ready to serve the standard 60 days notice period, as outlined in the offer letter. However COO pressured him into serving 90 days instead, claiming the notice period has been revised, effective the next month. Despite this change, no official email or communication was sent to employees regrading the extended 90 days of notice period, leaving him in a difficult and unfair situation 7. I don't know what's wrong in company founder, he doesn't entertain any employees with their concern 8. The HR dept here seems ti exist only in name, as it lacks the authority to address or manage employee concerns. Despite her role, the HR appears to be completely controlled by the COO. with little autonomy to act on behalf of the employees 9. i have lot to say about this company, but i dont want to waste my time recalling my experience during my employment here

Lots of things. The biggest is there is no work life balance. Even the benefits are equivalent to nill. No proper training is provided to enhance your skill. Leave policies are weired.
